2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Illegal Content and Activities

  • Hosting or distributing illegal content
  • Copyright and trademark infringement
  • Child exploitation material
  • Terrorist content or activities
  • Drug trafficking or illegal substances

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Email harvesting or list building
  • Phishing attempts
  • Fraudulent or deceptive communications

Malicious Activities

  • Malware distribution or hosting
  • Hacking tools or services
  • Botnet command and control
  • Cryptocurrency mining without authorization
  • DDoS attacks or network abuse

Resource Abuse

  • Excessive resource consumption
  • Attempts to circumvent usage limits
  • Unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Service disruption or interference

3. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any abuse of our services, please report it immediately. We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.

How to Report

Upon receiving an abuse report, we will:

  • Notify you of the outcome when appropriate
  • Implement measures to prevent future abuse

5. Enforcement Actions

For minor violations or first-time offenses, we may issue a warning and provide guidance on proper usage.

Content Removal

Immediate removal of abusive content while allowing the account to remain active.

Service Suspension

Temporary suspension of services to prevent further abuse while investigation continues.

Account Termination

Permanent termination of the account for severe violations or repeated offenses.

Legal Action

Cooperation with law enforcement and pursuit of legal remedies for criminal activities.

6. Appeals Process

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal our decision:

  • Submit your appeal within 30 days of the action
  • Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
  • We will review your appeal within 5 business days
  • Our decision on appeals is final
