This document is a pre-launch draft and is expected to change as we continue developing our platform and services. The final Terms of Service will be published before our official launch in Q3/Q4 2025.

By accessing or using Seroblaze's cloud services platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Seroblaze provides premium cloud solutions including but not limited to:

  • Website hosting (static and dynamic)
  • Domain registration and management
  • Custom email hosting with SMTP and webmail access
  • Dynamic storage buckets
  • Expert technical support

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Malware distribution
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Resource abuse or excessive usage

5. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Payment and Billing

Pricing and billing terms will be clearly communicated before service activation. Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected during signup.

7. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seroblaze's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to retrieve your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users with reasonable advance notice.
